Donations support the Farm to Community Food Connection Program. Solano Land Trust is partnering with local farming families and The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano to bring fresh, local, and nutrient-dense meat and produce to local families in need.
The Farm to Community Food Connection Program:
- Supports local farming families who are growing meat and produce right here in Solano County
- Provides healthy food to people who need it most
- Helps local youth in agriculture who worked to raise livestock for local fairs that have been canceled
